Where do you ship from?

We mainly ship from US and EU warehouses, depending on the product and your location. We clearly show stock and shipping origin on the product page whenever possible.

How long does delivery take?

Most of our models are stocked in US or EU warehouses. For in-stock items, order processing usually takes 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. For special models that require international shipping, please refer to the shipping policy on the product page for the exact handling time and delivery estimate.

Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For products shipped from local US or EU warehouses, import duties and taxes are included. The checkout page will clearly indicate whether taxes are included or if any additional charges apply.

What warranty do you offer?
